We are seeking an experienced Press Manager to lead our Markham print operations team. You will manage and mentor a skilled team of press operators and technicians, ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience in printing or press operations
- Proven leadership with hands-on approach and passion for developing people
- Strong understanding of press processes, production workflows, and manufacturing best practices
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
